Shareholder John Moran to Speak on Panel Focused on Insights and Trends in the Craft Brewing Industry

Attorney John Moran will join a panel of industry leaders at What’s Brewing? Unveiling the Latest Insights and Trends in the Craft Brewing Industry, hosted by national accounting and advisory firm, Marcum LLP, to be held on December 7, 2023, 4:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M., at Definitive Brewing Company, 35 Industrial Way, Portland, ME 04103.

In this discussion, John—a Shareholder in Bernstein Shur’s Business Law Practice Group and the Co-Chair of Bernstein Shur’s Food and Beverage Industry Group—will provide legal perspective on how the craft beer industry has changed since the pandemic and craft breweries’ subsequent efforts to become more competitive, sustainable, and adaptive. The panel will also cover the current and future trends of the craft beer industry. John will join the following panelists: Rob Tod, Founder, Allagash Brewing Company; Terry Trickey, Vice President, Bangor Savings Bank; Eric Purvis, Partner, Tax & Business Services, Marcum LLP; and Brandon Mazer, Associate Attorney, Perkins Thompson.
