Michael A. Fagone is Selected for the United States Bankruptcy Court in Bangor, ME

Congratulations to our colleague and shareholder Mike Fagone on being selected as the next United States Bankruptcy Judge for the District of ME. Mr. Fagone will fill the position being vacated by Judge Louis Kornreich upon his retirement in April, 2015. Mike’s selection is well-deserved and merely the next step in an already distinguished legal career. Our loss is the Court’s gain and we wish Mike the best as he ascends to the bench.
