Ned Sackman

Bernstein Shur shareholder Ned Sackman was featured in a DentistryIQ article in which he authored an article discussing the concept of a “non-competitive agreement”. Sackman uses an in depth example of a two-dentist practice, in which the senior dentist is selling the office to the junior dentist.  Furthermore, Sackman explains the legal process from the position of both parties, saying that sellers should understand what restrictions they are likely to be asked to agree to, and buyers should know how they can use a non-compete to protect their investment and understand the limits of such restrictions.
