Shareholder Phil Saucier Presents at Maine Town, City & County Management Association’s 44th Annual Statewide Manager Interchange

Shareholder and Chair of the Municipal and Government Services Group, Phil Saucier, and Lamoine Town Administrator, Stu Marckoon, will present a session titled No More Profits! The Tax Acquired Property Process & Impact of Recent Court Rulings at Maine Town, City & County Management Association’s 44th Annual Statewide Manager Interchange. This session will focus on changes in the tax-acquired parcels law, inclusive of the process of setting a lien, the lien maturation, and the disposal of tax-acquired parcels.
