CARES Act expands access to Chapter 11 bankruptcy relief

Shareholders Robert J. Keach and D. Sam Anderson co-authored a recent article for the New Hampshire Business Review, on how the CARES Act includes critical reforms to Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. The amendment, known as the Small Business Reorganization Act of 2019 (SBRA) can allow at-risk businesses a survival option to weather this economic downturn and the opportunity to reorganize successfully.
