Bernstein Shur Welcomes Attorney William Wahrer

Portland and Augusta, ME and Manchester, NH (October 29, 2019) – Bernstein Shur, a leading New England based law firm welcomed William Wahrer as an associate to the firm’s Portland office.

Wahrer joined the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution and Labor and Employment Practice Groups, where he will focus on all manner of litigation and labor and employment matters. Prior to joining Bernstein Shur, Wahrer was a clerk at a local, boutique law firm specializing in complex litigation and white-collar defense. Previously, he was also a law clerk for the Honorable John A. Woodcock, Jr. at the United States District Court for the District of ME, a student attorney at the Cumberland Legal Aid Clinic and a summer associate for Bernstein Shur.

Wahrer earned his J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Maine School of Law and his B.A., cum laude, from the College of the Holy Cross with a double major in Political Science and Psychology. He is admitted to practice in the State of ME and resides in Gorham.
