POSITION OVERVIEW

Bernstein Shur is seeking an experienced municipal law attorney to join our Municipal and Regulatory team in the Portland, ME office. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of general municipal, 80B and 80K litigation; planning board, zoning board and town meetings coverage; FOAA coverage; zoning and tax, superior research and writing skills. Maine Bar membership is required.
