POSITION OVERVIEW

Bernstein Shur is seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join our Litigation & Dispute Resolution team in the Portland, ME office. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of work experience in state and federal litigation matters and/or administrative law, superior research and writing skills, and an ability to work independently and simultaneously on multiple projects. Prior federal or state court clerkship is preferred but not required. Maine bar membership required.
