Here’s why you’ll enjoy working with her.
Olivia handles complex legal issues with a pragmatic and client-focused approach. She works as a team with her clients, employing risk-based strategies to achieve the best outcome – whether that means going to mediation or going to trial. Olivia has been a steadfast advisor to a range of businesses and professionals in areas such as construction, product manufacturing and design, mass tort actions and real estate.
Although Olivia specializes in commercial and real estate litigation, her past experience trying high-stakes criminal cases has made her an unshakeable advocate in the courtroom. Olivia is comfortable in state and federal court, has represented clients before administrative boards and handled appeals in the New Hampshire Supreme Court.
In 2023, Olivia was nominated to serve on the New Hampshire Supreme Court Ethics Committee. Olivia also maintains an active pro bono practice working with 603 Legal Aid in their Domestic Violence Emergency Project (DOVE) and their Tenant Eviction Defense Clinic.
Olivia’s academic accomplishments earned her a full-tuition Presidential Scholarship, a Specialization Certificate in Litigation and the Witkin Award for Top Performance in Civil Litigation Pre-Trial. In 2021, she was awarded the International Academy of Trial Lawyers Student Advocacy Award for Most Outstanding Litigator. She is also a Paul S. Jordan Award nominee for community service and service to her law school.
In her former life, Olivia was:
- A litigation associate at an established Manchester law firm.
- A practice-certified law clerk in the Homicide Unit at the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office.
- A tutorial student in International Humanitarian Law at Oxford University.
- A teaching assistant in Advanced Trial Advocacy.
- Captain of Golden Gate University’s National Mock Trial Team.
When Olivia isn’t working, she is…
Playing strategy-based board games, antiquing or taking advantage of New England’s great outdoors: skiing, biking, camping, paddle boarding or white water rafting. Olivia is also working towards her Wildlife Rehabilitation Permit.
