Here’s why you’ll enjoy working with him.
Matt is a corporate attorney who has worked with organizations large and small, helping them to grow strategically while mitigating risk. With prior experience representing private equity firms investing in emerging technologies, Matt now supports start up and early-stage companies as they secure investments, expand their operations, and plan for exit – and every phase in between.
Having worked across a variety of industries, Matt brings his clients expertise in software development and licensing, life sciences, digital currency, and telecommunications. This, along with his prior work as a technology consultant, makes him a trusted advisor and counselor to the innovative companies he represents.
But that’s not all. Matt is also experienced in:
- Data privacy
- Technology licensing
- Mergers and acquisition
In his former life, Matt was:
- An associate at a large law firm in Boston
- A consultant for an international technology firm
When Matt isn’t working, he is:
Skiing, hiking, smoking ribs, playing the piano, watching the Celtics, or running the civic technology non-profit he founded while in law school.
