Here’s why you’ll enjoy working with him.

Gray is a detail-oriented litigator with creativity. After mastering the facts of any situation, he identifies innovative ways to apply the law for the benefit of his clients. Gray is diligent, responsive, and naturally puts others at ease. He uses these skills in traditional areas of litigation as well as emerging and evolving fields, including Data Privacy and Cybersecurity.

Prior to joining Bernstein Shur, Gray held various positions in and around government, allowing him to understand the intricacies of both state and federal agencies—a useful skill when it comes to forging compromise as well as navigating the court system. Gray uses this knowledge not only to support his clients, but also to benefit his community. He has provided pro bono legal guidance to support asylum seekers, indigent workers, and improperly convicted individuals.

But that’s not all. Gray is also experienced in:

  • Data privacy and cybersecurity legal matters
  • Antitrust litigation
  • Defending against federal investigations
  • Reviewing, digesting, and synthesizing massive data sets

In his former life, Gray was:

  • An associate attorney at Choate, Hall & Stewart LLP in Boston, Massachusetts
  • A legal analyst at the Office of the New York State Attorney General, Public Integrity Bureau
  • A soccer coach to elementary school kids

When Gray isn’t working, he is…

Exploring the woods or coast in his van, Fran. He also enjoys canoeing Maine’s lakes and rivers, hiking, and watching Jeopardy
