ME Firm Cheers Court Ruling on Cyber Bank Fraud

Attorney Dan Mitchell, a shareholder and member of Bernstein Shur’s Litigation Group, spoke to ME Public Broadcasting Network about a case involving cyber banking fraud. The court examined the commercial reasonableness of the bank’s security measures under the Uniform Commercial Code after a business customer experienced a series of fraudulent withdrawals.
