Bernstein Shur Welcomes Lindsay Leone

Portland and Augusta, ME and Manchester, NH (February 27, 2017) – Bernstein Shur, one of Northern New England’s largest law firms, announced the addition of Lindsay Leone to the firm’s Energy Practice Group. She is based in the Portland, ME office.

Prior to joining Bernstein Shur, Leone, a transactional attorney with expertise in business and finance, was a member of the Public Finance section and Energy Technology practice group at a Boston law firm, specializing in debt and project finance transactions, governmental and other tax-exempt bond issuances, deal restructuring and distressed debt scenarios. Leone also interned with the Massachusetts Executive Office of Energy & Environmental Affairs where her projects included work on state wind power siting regulations.

Leone earned her J.D. from Boston University School of Law, cum laude, and her B.A. from Dartmouth College, cum laude. Leone is admitted to practice in the State of ME and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and resides in Portland, ME.
