Talesha Saint-Marc Named Co-Chair of Bernstein Shur’s Labor and Employment Practice Group

Manchester, NH and Portland and Augusta, ME (May 28, 2021) –Bernstein Shur announced the selection of Talesha Saint-Marc as Co-Chair of the firm’s Labor and Employment Law Practice Group. A Shareholder based in the firm’s Millyard office in Manchester, Saint-Marc will lead one of the largest Labor and Employment law groups in Northern New England, sharing  duties with Co-Chair Peter Herzog.

Saint-Marc provides counsel to employers regarding all aspects of employment law, Title VII, and state human rights claims, frequently representing employers in discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, FLSA, whistleblower, wage claim and FMLA litigation. In addition to representing employers before both various government agencies and in court, she represents employers in collective bargaining, contract administration, grievance, and arbitration proceedings, and before the National Labor Relations Board.

Saint-Marc is recognized in Chambers USA for Labor & Employment Law and has been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star every year since 2018. She was also named to the New Hampshire Union Leader’s 40 Under Forty class in 2019. Saint-Marc earned her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law and her B.A., summa cum laude, from Franklin Pierce University. She is admitted to practice in the State of New Hampshire and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as well as the U.S. District Court for the Districts of New Hampshire and Massachusetts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
