Lewiston Native and Husband Purchase Cook’s Lobster House in Harpswell

Bernstein Shur clients Jennifer Dube Charboneau and husband Nick Charboneau recently purchased the iconic Cook’s Lobster House on Bailey’s Island in Harpswell. The Lewiston couple plans to change the name to Cook’s Lobster & Ale House, reflecting their intention to maintain many traditions of the restaurant while also making a few changes to rejuvenate business.
