Dan Mitchell Appointed Chair of the Fee Arbitration Commission for the Board of Overseers of the Bar for the State of ME

Daniel J. Mitchell, shareholder and co-chair of the firm’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group, was appointed Chair of the Fee Arbitration Commission for the Board of Overseers of the Bar for the State of ME. The Board announced this appointment as one of several leadership changes to their Commissions, effective January 1, 2016.
