Christina Ferrari Named to New Hampshire Union Leader’s 2021 “40 Under Forty” Class

Manchester, NH and Portland and Augusta, ME (January 25, 2021) – Bernstein Shur is pleased to announce that Shareholder Christina Ferrari was named to the New Hampshire Union Leader’s Annual 40 Under Forty List.

Since its inception in 2002, the Union Leader’s 40 Under Forty awards have honored more than 760 outstanding Granite Staters recognized as next generation leaders for making a difference in their communities and professions, including three Bernstein Shur attorneys: Jim Merrill (Class of 2004), Ned Sackman (Class of 2017) and Talesha Saint-Marc (Class of 2019).

About Christina Ferrari
Prior to entering law, Ferrari was a dedicated researcher in the fields of neurosurgery and neuropharmacology, and her work has been published in the Journal of Neuroscience. She now puts her industry-specific, technical knowledge to work as an advisor and outside general counsel to her biotechnology, life sciences, medical device, pharmaceutical, and health care clients, as they navigate the modern-day health care system’s legal and regulatory challenges. As a skilled litigator, Christina advocates for her clients at all levels and assists them in resolving complex disputes, including in the areas of products liability, toxic torts, health care, and professional licensing.

Ferrari is the Immediate Past President of the New Hampshire Women’s Bar Association, a member of the Dean’s Advisory Council at UNH Law, and a Board member of the New Hampshire Tech Alliance, serving on its BioMedTech and Government Affairs Committees. She earned her J.D. from the University of New Hampshire School of Law, where she was a Daniel Webster Scholar. She previously earned her M.A. in Medical Science, with Thesis Honors, from Boston University School of Medicine. She resides in Amherst, New Hampshire with her husband and son.
