Bernstein Shur’s Emily Gray Rice Recognized as Top Litigator in New Hampshire
Bernstein Shur, one of northern New England’s largest law firms, announced Emily Gray Rice was recognized for the third consecutive year by Benchmark Litigation’s Top 250 Women in Litigation.
Top 250 Women in Litigation honors female trial attorneys from all 50 states and the District of Columbia. Litigators are featured based on US Benchmark Litigation’s targeted research process involving peer reviews and an analysis of their litigation careers.
Rice is a highly experienced trial lawyer and appellate advocate who focuses on the defense of commercial, professional liability, employment and media law matters in the firm’s Manchester, New Hampshire office. She is a member of Bernstein Shur’s Business Law Practice Group, Labor and Employment Practice Group and Litigation Group. Rice also serves as a workplace misconduct investigator, and maintains a private mediation practice. In addition to her law practice, Rice is an adjunct professor of law in the Daniel Webster Scholar Honor Program at the University of New Hampshire Law School, where she teaches pretrial advocacy and trial advocacy.
