Bernstein Shur Welcomes Energy Attorney Hallie Flint Gilman
Portland and Augusta, ME and Manchester, NH (March 14, 2016) – Bernstein Shur, one of northern New England’s largest law firms, announced the addition of Hallie Flint Gilman as a shareholder in the firm’s Energy Practice Group. She joins the firm’s Portland, ME office.
Gilman’s practice focuses on energy law, providing legal support for development and operation of energy infrastructure projects in ME and nationally. She has experience in financing, long-term contracts, regulatory approvals and compliance, environmental permitting, interconnection and operating agreements.

Prior to joining Bernstein Shur, Gilman held executive leadership and general counsel roles for a leading renewable energy development company, and previously was an energy attorney at a Portland, ME firm. Gilman earned her JD from Georgetown University Law Center and her AB from Harvard University. She is admitted to practice in the state of ME and is a member of the ME Bar Association. Gilman resides in Portland, ME.
