Bernstein Shur Welcomes Bryce Morrison

Portland and Augusta, ME and Manchester, NH (July 26, 2019) – Bernstein Shur, a leading New England based law firm welcomed Bryce Morrison to the firm’s Portland office.

Morrison joins the firm’s Business Law and Tax Law Practice Groups, where he will focus on all manner of business and tax matters, such as corporation, LLC and partnership setup, subsidiaries and branch offices setup for foreign companies doing business in the U.S., cross purchases and redemptions, reorganizations, asset transfers, mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border transactions and compliance. Prior to joining Bernstein Shur, Bryce was a partner at a large, Atlantic Canadian law firm where he advised clients on domestic and cross-border business and tax transactions.

Morrison earned his LL.M. in U.S. taxation from Boston University, his LL.M. in Canadian taxation from York University Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, his LL.B. from the University of New Brunswick in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada and his B.S. in Political Science from the University of Utah. He is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and is a non-practicing member in the Provinces of Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. He resides in South Portland, ME.
