Bernstein Shur Shareholders Earn Star Rankings in Benchmark Litigation 2014

Rankings recognize reputation and effectiveness based on
interviews with clients & peers

Bernstein Shur, one of northern New England’s largest law firms, announced that shareholders Daniel Murphy, Emily Gray Rice, Peter Rubin and Andru Volinsky are ranked as Local Litigation Stars by Benchmark Litigation 2014.

The Local Litigation Star ranking recognizes individuals recommended by clients and peers as being consistently reputable and effective. Rankings are given after a six-month research period and based on interviews that focus on each attorney’s recent casework and the professional opinion of peers.

Daniel Murphy

Daniel Murphy is recognized as a Local Litigation Star in ME (plaintiff) for his work in intellectual property and general commercial litigation. He practices business and commercial litigation as a member of Bernstein Shur’s Litigation Group and Business Law Practice Group. Murphy is located in the Portland, ME office.

Emily Gray Rice

Emily Gray Rice is recognized as a Local Litigation Star in New Hampshire and in the Top 250 Women in Litigation for her work in general commercial, appellate and professional liability litigation. She is a member of Bernstein Shur’s Litigation Group, Labor and Employment Practice Group and Business Law Practice Group.  Rice is located in the Manchester, New Hampshire office.

Peter Rubin

Peter Rubin is recognized a Local Litigation Star in ME and Local Litigation Star in ME (plaintiff) for his work in personal injury and professional liability litigation. He is the president of the firm and the senior member of Bernstein Shur’s Litigation Group. Rubin is located in the Portland, ME office.

Andru Volinsky

Andru Volinsky is recognized as a Local Litigation Star in New Hampshire (plaintiff) for his work in general commercial litigation. He serves on Bernstein Shur’s board of directors and as general counsel. He is a member of the Litigation Group, Business Law Practice Group and Labor and Employment Practice Group.
