Bernstein Shur Shareholder James Kerouac Joins the New Hampshire Community Loan Fund Board of Directors

James Kerouac, Bernstein Shur Shareholder and Co-Chair of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group, has just joined the New Hampshire Community Loan Fund’s Board of Directors.

For 39 years, the Community Loan Fund, a CDFI based in Concord, has worked in towns and cities across New Hampshire to connect people, families, and business owners with the loans, training, and advice that allow them to have affordable homes, secure jobs, and quality childcare, and become more economically stable.

Kerouac is a shareholder out of Bernstein Shur’s Manchester office. He has over 20 years of experience handling complex and multijurisdictional commercial real estate and lending transactions. He shares his knowledge as an adjunct faculty member at the University of New Hampshire’s Franklin Pierce School of Law, where he teaches a course on Business Transactions in the Daniel Webster Scholars Honors Program.
