Bernstein Shur’s Taylor Caswell received the Mountain Mover Award from Granite Outdoor Alliance during its 2026 Outdoor Industry Day celebration in Plymouth, New Hampshire.
The Mountain Mover Award honors individuals and organizations that have made meaningful contributions to strengthening New Hampshire’s outdoor economy through leadership, collaboration, investment, and sector-building.
A longtime advocate for outdoor recreation and economic development, Caswell has helped advance policies and partnerships that support the state’s outdoor industry. His leadership has helped elevate outdoor recreation as both an economic driver and a defining part of New Hampshire’s identity.
The award was presented before a sold-out audience of 200 business leaders, nonprofit organizations, public officials, educators, and industry partners gathered to celebrate New Hampshire’s $4.2 billion outdoor economy.
“Receiving the Mountain Mover Award is deeply humbling because the success we have seen in this sector has been due to the hard work of so many people,” said Caswell. “We are building a broad community that people want to be part of, and I look forward to continuing to play a role in helping it grow.”
The recognition reflects Caswell’s longstanding commitment to the outdoor sector and his continued leadership in bringing together businesses, policymakers, and community partners to support its future.
