PORTLAND, Maine (June 15, 2026) – Bernstein Shur is pleased to welcome Jennifer Lyon as an Associate in the firm’s Labor & Employment Practice Group.
Jennifer is a labor and employment attorney and litigator who brings a genuine combination of courtroom readiness, practical judgment, and clear communication to every matter. She advises employers on the full range of employment issues—from day-to-day counsel to federal and state court litigation—and supports the firm’s Health Care group on guardianship and related matters. She also advises clients in the automotive, equipment, and powersports industries on a range of workplace and business issues.

Before entering the legal profession, Jennifer worked as an eighth-grade history teacher. She received her JD from the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law and is based in the firm’s Manchester, NH office.
