Glenn is chair of the Labor and Employment Practice Group, and a member of the Litigation Group Bernstein Shur. He concentrates his practice in labor, employment, and business-related litigation and arbitration. Glenn frequently represents clients in proceedings before state and federal courts and agencies including the Maine District, Superior and Supreme Courts, the federal District Court for the District of Maine, the National Labor Relations Board, the Maine Labor Relations Board, and the Maine Human Rights Commission. He also regularly represents clients in labor arbitration and business-related arbitration.

A substantial portion of Glenn’s practice also consists of advising clients regarding labor and employment issues. He frequently speaks to professional groups about labor and employment law topics and also has authored numerous articles on those topics.

Prior to attending law school, Glenn owned and operated a commercial photography studio in Portland.
