POSITION OVERVIEW

Bernstein Shur, a Northern New England-based regional law firm that advises clients across the U.S. and around the world, is seeking a shareholder level attorney to join our Litigation Practice Group in its Manchester, New Hampshire office. The ideal candidate will be a member of the New Hampshire Bar with at least ten years of general litigation experience in state and federal matters and an excellent reputation.  A portable book of business is preferred but not required.

DESIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Superior research and writing skills;
• An ability to work independently and simultaneously on multiple projects; and
• COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate: All Bernstein Shur employees are required, as a condition of employment, to show proof of their Covid-19 vaccination or their eligibility for an exemption under the firm’s vaccination policy.
