Associate Attorney – Trusts & Estates

POSITION OVERVIEW
Bernstein Shur is seeking an experienced associate to join our Trusts & Estates Practice in its Portland, Maine office. Bernstein Shur’s Trusts & Estates group has a sophisticated practice, regularly advising clients on complex state and federal estate planning, business succession planning, and estate and trust administration. The ideal candidate will possess 4-6 years of experience.
DESIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Superior research, writing and drafting skills;
- Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills; and
- An ability to work independently and simultaneously on multiple projects.
