POSITION OVERVIEW

Bernstein Shur is seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join our busy real estate litigation team in the Portland, ME office. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in all aspects of state and federal litigation including discovery, depositions, mediation, motion practice, and trial.  Additionally, the candidate should have superior research and writing skills, some knowledge of real estate law and practice, and an ability to work independently and simultaneously on multiple projects as part of a cohesive, in-office team.
