Here’s why you’ll enjoy working with her.

Paige is a natural problem solver, and clients value her ability to cut through complexity and deliver practical, people-centered solutions.  Whether she’s advising on employee discipline, disability accommodations, leave matters, Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) compliance, or collective bargaining, Paige brings empathy, clarity, and pragmatism to her work.

A notable through-line in Paige’s professional career includes work in the public sector.  Her time in D.C. managing U.S. Senator Susan Collins’s state schedule and assisting with daily matters taught her how to orchestrate competing priorities, anticipate challenges, and lead with calm under pressure—skills she now uses to keep client matters on track. She thrives when working closely with teams, engaging with people, and seeing multifaceted projects through to the finish line.

But that’s not all. Paige is also very experienced in:

  • Counseling municipal employers and quasi-governmental entities on labor & employment issues, with a strong understanding of the unique pressures her clients face.
  • Drafting and reviewing workplace policies to ensure legal compliance.
  • Representing clients in matters before the Maine Human Rights Commission.
  • Advising clients during the union negotiation process.
  • Conducting workplace investigations.

In her former life, Paige was:

  • A Capitol Hill staffer.
  • An Articles Editor for the Maine Law Review.
  • A student attorney at the Cumberland County District Attorney’s office.
  • An associate at a mid-sized law firm in Portland.

When Paige isn’t working, she is…

Enjoying the Portland food scene or trying out a new recipe at home, taking a long walk in her neighborhood, and likely coordinating an upcoming networking event.
