Meet Meredith, an analytical and detail-oriented litigator.
Here’s why you’ll enjoy working with her.
Meredith is a focused and detail-oriented litigator who truly enjoys working closely with clients to achieve the best possible results for them, whether through pre-litigation negotiation, alternative dispute resolution, or litigation if necessary.
Earlier in her career and prior to becoming a lawyer, Meredith worked in the public sector and gained valuable business insight managing a state-wide nonprofit organization in California and serving on the board of directors for a nonprofit educational bookstore.
Today, as a member of Bernstein Shur’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution, and Construction Law Practice Groups, Meredith’s practice focuses on helping clients resolve a wide variety of legal matters, including, among others, disputes involving the Uniform Commercial Code, risk management, products liability, and contracts. She has also presented seminars on risk management for the construction industry and regularly contributes to Bernstein Shur’s Construction Advantage newsletter.
Before joining Bernstein Shur, Meredith served as a judicial law clerk for Associate Justice Jon D. Levy of the Maine Supreme Judicial Court.
When Meredith isn’t working, she is…
