Meet Lindsay, public finance and project development attorney.
Here’s why you’ll enjoy working with her.
Lindsay’s practical and diplomatic approach to the practice of law focuses on understanding and achieving her client’s business objectives. An expert in public finance and project finance transactions, Lindsay relies on a range of finance, contracting, tax and industry knowledge and experience to guide transactions from conception to closing and get deals done.
In her practice, Lindsay counsels governments, public and quasi-public authorities, educational institutions and other 501(c)(3)s in the issuance of tax-exempt and taxable debt. She also represents a variety of public and private entities on strategic project financings, public-private partnerships, and other economic development initiatives. Even while gracefully juggling priorities and deadlines, Lindsay remains calm and organized in high pressure situations. Her combination of thoughtful analysis and unflappable determination has proven to be the successful formula when working with a wide variety of clients.
In her former life, Lindsay was:
- A public finance attorney at Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C.
- An environmental consultant and geologist
