Here’s why you’ll enjoy working with her.

Lindsay’s practical and diplomatic approach to the practice of law focuses on understanding and achieving her client’s business objectives. An expert in public finance and project finance transactions, Lindsay relies on a range of finance, contracting, tax and industry knowledge and experience to guide transactions from conception to closing and get deals done.

In her practice, Lindsay counsels governments, public and quasi-public authorities, educational institutions and other 501(c)(3)s in the issuance of tax-exempt and taxable debt. She also represents a variety of public and private entities on strategic project financings, public-private partnerships, and other economic development initiatives. Even while gracefully juggling priorities and deadlines, Lindsay remains calm and organized in high pressure situations. Her combination of thoughtful analysis and unflappable determination has proven to be the successful formula when working with a wide variety of clients.

In her newest role at the firm, Lindsay enjoys working with new attorneys and helping to shape legal careers and has been involved in law firm hiring for the vast majority of her career. In addition to her practice, Lindsay leads the firm’s summer associate and lateral associate attorney recruitment and hiring efforts.

In her former life, Lindsay was:

  • A public finance attorney at Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C.
  • An environmental consultant and geologist

When Lindsay isn’t working, she is…

Running after her young son (Mac) and vizsla (Goose) and spending time with family on Isle au Haut, an un-bridged island off the Downeast Coast of Maine. Lindsay also serves on the board of Teens To Trails, a Maine nonprofit that connects high school students with life-changing outdoor experiences.
