Kyle is a tireless, driven representative for debtors and creditors in all manner of bankruptcy-related matters, including chapter 11 reorganizations, asset sales and acquisitions, and bankruptcy-related litigation. Deeply invested in his clients, Kyle is a thoughtful and dedicated team member who puts in the hard work to get results.
Prior to joining Bernstein Shur, Kyle worked as an associate attorney in the bankruptcy department of Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel, gaining experience working on some of the largest restructuring matters in the country in recent years. Before joining Kramer Levin, Kyle was a judicial intern for the Hon. Allison D. Burroughs for the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts in Boston.
