Litigation – Construction
Here’s why you’ll enjoy working with her.
After almost 25 years of representing construction clients, including contractors, sub-trades and material/equipment suppliers, Kelly understands that contractors need quick results with minimal disruption to their ongoing projects. Well-versed in the language of construction, available project delivery methods, construction contracting formats and resolution strategies that are best suited to the needs of construction industry players, Kelly takes pride in prioritizing results over process and fashioning practical, workable solutions to the problems that frequently occur in real-world construction scenarios.
Kelly was the first woman to become the Board Chair of a local construction trade group, Associated Builders and Contractors of New Hampshire and Vermont, as well as their first female National Director. She works tirelessly to find sensible solutions that conserve client resources and project relationships—invaluable counsel that allows clients to stay profitable throughout a dispute.
But that’s not all. Kelly is also very experienced in:
- Mechanic’s liens and payment bond claims
- Commercial construction contracts, including proprietary modifications to AIA and AGC forms
- Commercial collections for regional construction supply houses
- Alternative dispute resolution procedures, including mediation and arbitration
In her former life, Kelly was:
- Founding partner in Gagliuso & Gagliuso
- An associate at Alfano, Allen & Baroff in Manchester, New Hampshire
- An associate at Deasy & Dwyer in Nashua, New Hampshire
When Kelly isn’t working, she is…
Anteing up as a member of her women’s Texas Hold ’em poker league, making handcrafted soaps and other bath products, and spending time with her 4 grandchildren: Ethan, Aiden, Adrienne and Alex.
