Here’s why you’ll enjoy working with her.

Katherine’s practice focuses on civil rights compliance related to harassment, discrimination, and sexual misconduct. With a background in litigation and investigations, Katherine is able to synthesize complex matters and assist clients with various needs, particularly those related to Title IX, civil rights compliance, and workplace investigations.

While in college and law school, Katherine volunteered with numerous organizations to serve both her local communities and communities around the world. She has volunteered at a children’s hospital, multiple Habitat for Humanity building sites, an international human rights organization, and a New Orleans-based non-profit to assist with Child in Need of Care cases. Additionally, she was a student advocate in her law school’s domestic violence clinic where she used a trauma-informed approach to help clients obtain Temporary Restraining Orders and Civil Protection Orders. Through these experiences, Katherine’s passion for civil rights law developed.

But that’s not all. Katherine is also experienced in:

  • Department of Justice and Securities and Exchange Commission investigations
  • Class action defense
  • Congressional investigations

In her former life, Katherine was:

  • An associate at Morrison & Foerster LLP
  • A student advocate in the Georgetown University Law Center Domestic Violence Clinic
  • A legal assistant at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP
  • A student volunteer with Franciscan Children’s Hospital and Habitat for Humanity
  • An intern at Campbell Soup

When Katherine isn’t working, she is:

Walking her two dogs while listening to an audiobook, visiting a thrift store or estate sale, working out on her Peloton, enjoying a glass of wine, traveling, and cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles.
