Fred advises companies through all stages of growth, market expansion, and buy-sell capital events. In addition to representing U.S. businesses, Fred advises multi-national corporations through foreign direct investment in the U.S., including through mergers, acquisitions, the formation of U.S. subsidiaries, product distribution, technology licensing, and regulatory matters.
