Meet Brett, Daniel Webster Scholar and real estate pathfinder.
Here’s why you’ll enjoy working with him.
Brett applies a keen eye for detail when working with his clients on commercial and residential real estate transactions, and when advising clients in land planning, zoning, and development matters.
While interning with the Land Resources Management Bureau at the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services, Brett gained a solid understanding of state land use laws, particularly relating to shoreland and wetland regulations, and that technical expertise becomes highly significant when those matters come into play for his clients. When it comes down to the details, Brett brings everything into focus to help his clients find the best course of action—and see them through to the finish.
But that’s not all. Brett is also very experienced in:
- Residential and commercial real estate transactions
- Land use litigation
- Landlord/tenant proceedings
- Real estate, boundary, and title disputes
- Business law
In his former life, Brett was:
- An associate at a New Hampshire law firm
- A judicial extern for the Carroll County Superior Court
- A legal intern for the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services
When Brett isn’t working, he is…
Spending his extra time playing golf and hockey, traveling as much as possible and being active in the New Hampshire community.
