Bernstein Shur Welcomes Nelson A. Raust to New Hampshire Office

Bernstein Shur is pleased to announce that Nelson A. Raust has joined the firm as Of Counsel in its Trusts & Estates Group in the firm’s Manchester, New Hampshire office. A trusted attorney with extensive experience in estate planning, estate administration, trust administration, elder law, and business succession planning, Nelson brings a thoughtful and practical approach to helping clients across New Hampshire and northern Massachusetts navigate complex legal matters with confidence.

Prior to joining Bernstein Shur, Nelson served as Director and Shareholder at several respected law firms in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts. In addition to his legal practice, Nelson has taught at the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law and is a frequent speaker at continuing legal education programs, including for the New Hampshire Bar Association and the National Business Institute.

Nelson earned his JD from Vanderbilt University Law School and a master’s degree in Tax Law from the Boston University School of Law. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Rochester.
