Bernstein Shur Receives Highest Recognition in Chambers USA © 2025 Rankings

Bernstein Shur received the highest possible ranking in six practice areas in the 2025 editions of Chambers USA ©, a prestigious guide to the nation’s top law firms and attorneys. The firm was top-ranked in: Bankruptcy/Restructuring, Corporate/Mergers and Acquisitions, Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation, Energy and Natural Resources, and Labor and Employment. The firm’s Environmental and Litigation: General Commercial practice groups were also recognized.  

In addition to the firm rankings, 23 Bernstein Shur attorneys received individual recognition: 

  • Adam Prescott, previously ranked in Bankruptcy/Restructuring, advanced from Band 3 to Band 2,  
  • Jim Kerouac, also previously ranked, moved from Band 3 to Band 2 in Real Estate. 
  • Making his debut in rankings, Jim Keenan entered Band 1 for Intellectual Property,  
  • Roy Tilsley was also recognized for the first time in Band 2 for Real Estate in New Hampshire
