Approachable. Collaborative. Trusted.

Tracy partners with highly regulated organizations to navigate compliance, privacy, and governance challenges with confidence. She brings operational and system-level insight from one of Maine’s largest health systems, alongside experience working with financial institutions, to help clients manage regulatory risk, prepare for accreditation, and move through transactions and organizational transitions smoothly.

A former licensed social worker turned attorney and health system executive, Tracy brings a rare combination of legal acumen, compliance leadership, and in-house experience to guide organizations of all sizes—from community-based nonprofits to complex financial and health systems—as they address evolving regulatory, compliance, and privacy challenges.

Regulation doesn’t have to feel like red tape—it’s an opportunity to strengthen trust, improve systems, and create lasting stability. My goal is to help clients see compliance not as a burden, but as a foundation for sustainable success.
