Creative. Strategic. Connected.

Clients call Taylor when there’s a strong vision but an unclear path—new markets, growth plans, funding, or complex stakeholder dynamics. He connects the big picture to real-world execution, helping leaders define the roadmap and move forward with confidence.

Taylor brings a rare combination of economic development leadership, business strategy, and a deep network of relationships that span regionally and nationally. A former New Hampshire state commissioner who oversaw more than $3.6 billion in public investments, he now helps companies and organizations across the region make clearer, more confident growth decisions. His experience includes institutional-size public fund administration, tourism and hospitality, health care and life sciences, real estate and commercial development, and broader business investment, applying growth principles that translate across sectors.

The best outcomes happen when public and private interests align to solve real problems and create value. My role is to help clients make that connection—and turn opportunity into fruition.
