Diligent. Analytical. Tenacious.

Tana is a real estate attorney who assists developers, lenders, investors, and business clients with commercial real estate matters. A former collegiate soccer player, she brings a team-first mindset and a steady presence to her work, whether she is digging into the details of a transaction or helping move a matter toward the goal line.

During her final semester of law school, Tana served as an extern to Judge Kermit V. Lipez of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, where she observed firsthand the rigor and discipline that appellate advocacy demands. After graduating, she clerked for Justice Rick E. Lawrence of the Maine Supreme Judicial Court, an experience that sharpened her research and writing skills and gave her a unique perspective on how legal arguments are evaluated at the highest level of Maine’s judicial system. Together, these roles reinforced the value of preparation, strong analytical thinking, and clear communication, qualities she brings to her client work today.

What she’s great at

Tana supports clients across a range of transactional matters, including:

  • Acquisitions, sales, financing, and leasing matters
  • Transactional and title due diligence
  • Commercial real estate finance transactions
