Analytical. Practical. Collaborative.
Matt assists clients with a wide range of commercial disputes, drawing on his experience in business immigration and startup counseling. He approaches legal challenges with curiosity, practical judgment, and a focus on helping clients resolve issues efficiently.
Before law school, Matt spent four years at a leading business immigration firm, working directly with employers and foreign nationals on a wide range of immigration matters. That experience taught him the importance of responsiveness, clear communication, and understanding a client’s objectives before offering solutions.
At Boston University School of Law, Matt served as a Lawyering Fellow, helping teach legal research and writing to first-year law students. He also worked in the BU/MIT Student Innovations Law Clinic, advising entrepreneurs and emerging companies on matters including entity formation and data privacy issues involving artificial intelligence applications.
