Bernstein Shur will play an important role leading conversation and lending expertise at Bisnow’s “2026 New Hampshire State of the Market,” with Taylor Caswell and Jim Kerouac each moderating sessions. The event, which invites attendees to “Explore the Forces Driving Development, Investment & Economic Growth Across the Granite State,” will take place on Thursday, February 12, 2026, in Durham, New Hampshire.

Taylor Caswell, Managing Director of Bernstein Shur Strategic Economic Solutions, will moderate the opening “Fireside Chat: Why New Hampshire & The Story of 121 Technology Drive.” The session will explore the evolution of New Hampshire’s commercial real estate landscape and the redevelopment of 121 Technology Drive—one of the state’s most ambitious repositioning projects. Formerly an abandoned manufacturing headquarters, the 175-acre campus has been transformed into a modern, multi-tenant hub supporting advanced manufacturing, warehousing, and office users, with significant future development already underway.

Later in the program, Jim Kerouac, Shareholder and Co-Chair of Bernstein Shur’s Real Estate Practice Group, will moderate the panel “Developing & Building Multifamily Across the Granite State.” This discussion will focus on the challenges and opportunities facing multifamily developers, including housing demand, market fundamentals, regulatory considerations, and the factors driving investor interest throughout New Hampshire’s growing communities.

Bisnow’s “2026 New Hampshire State of the Market” will also examine critical issues such as infrastructure investment, population growth, transportation planning, and the rise of mixed-use and live/work/play developments across the state. Attendees will gain insight into where capital is flowing, how public and private investment are intersecting, and what these trends mean for developers, owners, and businesses operating in the region.

Bernstein Shur is proud to support and participate in this important conversation about New Hampshire’s future and the evolving commercial real estate market.
