Municipal & Governmental Services Shareholder, Phil Saucier, provided a legal update to the Androscoggin Valley Council of Governments (AVCOG) Annual Planning Day and General Assembly at the Hilton Garden Inn in Auburn on October 26, along with Natalie Burns of Jensen Baird. This was his third consecutive time presenting at this event.
