Associates Lucas Fortier and Paige Eggleston have been accepted into the Maine State Bar Association’s (MSBA) Leadership Academy—a prestigious program dedicated to cultivating leadership and professionalism within Maine’s legal community.
The Leadership Academy identifies emerging leaders in the legal field and provides them with an immersive program designed to strengthen leadership skills, foster collaboration, and connect participants with prominent figures across Maine’s legal, business, and government sectors.
Each year, up to twelve attorney members of the MSBA—who have been in practice for at least two years and no more than ten—are selected for the Academy. Participants engage in monthly programs from October through June, earning continuing legal education (CLE) credits while gaining insight into leadership, ethics, and professional development.
Through their participation, Lucas and Paige will join a network of motivated attorneys dedicated to shaping the future of Maine’s legal community. Their acceptance into this year’s cohort is a testament to their professional excellence, commitment to the practice of law, and leadership potential.
