Shareholder and American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) Board Member Lindsay Zahradka Milne will speak at the upcoming ABI Annual Winter Leadership Conference. The Conference, held December 12-14, 2024, at The Phoenician in Scottsdale, Arizona, is a prominent event for professionals in the insolvency field, including business practitioners, judges, and financial advisors.
Lindsay joins a seasoned group of bankruptcy attorneys and judges to lead a two-part interactive workshop, “Evidence Workshop: Mastering the Rules of Evidence in Bankruptcy Court.” This series is designed to provide restructuring professionals with a practical understanding of the use and rules of evidence in bankruptcy court, combining theoretical instruction with hands-on exercises, including mock evidentiary hearings and case study analysis.
In addition to her ABI Board Membership, Lindsay recently finished her two-year terms as the Co-Chair of the ABI’s Northeast Bankruptcy Conference, and the Co-Chair of the Unsecured Trade Creditors Committee.
