Portland, ME – Bernstein Shur has been selected as lead counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the Chapter 11 case of O’Brien Energy Resources Corporation, an oil and gas company.
O’Brien Energy filed for bankruptcy in the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Hampshire. The Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors was appointed to represent the interests of the company’s unsecured creditor body in the Chapter 11 proceedings.
