Bernstein Shur is pleased to announce the promotion of Grady Burns to Senior Associate, effective July 1, 2026.
Grady is a municipal and land use attorney who advises municipalities and private clients on land use, zoning, municipal law, regulatory compliance, and enforcement matters. His experience as a former city councilor gives him a unique understanding of municipal operations and policymaking. That perspective allows him to understand the considerations facing local officials and bring a valuable public-sector perspective to his work with clients.
“Grady has become a valued member of our Municipal Practice Group and a trusted resource for our clients,” said Phil Saucier, Practice Group Leader. “His strong understanding of municipal government and commitment to his clients make him an excellent attorney, and we’re very pleased to recognize his growth with this well-deserved promotion.”
We are proud to congratulate Grady on this achievement and look forward to all he will continue to accomplish at Bernstein Shur.
