CONCORD, NH — June 23, 2026 —Bernstein Shur is pleased to announce the opening of a new office in Concord, New Hampshire, effective in July 2026, further strengthening the firm’s presence in the Granite State and advancing a key objective of its strategic plan.
Located in downtown Concord across from the State House at 2 Eagle Square, the office advances Bernstein Shur’s strategic growth in New Hampshire and strengthens the firm’s presence in the state’s capital. The location complements the firm’s Manchester office and supports attorneys and professionals serving clients throughout the state.

The office will support attorneys and professionals across multiple practice areas, including Government & Public Affairs, Business Law, Real Estate, Energy and Environmental, Health Care, Labor & Employment, and Litigation. It will also serve as a base for Bernstein Shur Strategic Economic Solutions, the firm’s consulting affiliate led by Taylor Caswell, New Hampshire’s longtime Commissioner of the Department of Business and Economic Affairs, which works with public and private sector organizations on economic development, strategic planning, and public-private initiatives throughout New Hampshire and beyond.
