Bernstein Shur is pleased to announce that (Angie) Hoa Pham White, who has dedicated over three decades of her career to the firm, has been promoted to Director of Finance, effective July 27, 2026.
For 33 years, Angie has played a critical role in strengthening, advancing, and supporting the firm’s financial operations, tax and benefits compliance, and compensation and benefits programs. Her collaborative approach and institutional knowledge have made her a valued partner to colleagues throughout the organization.
As Director of Finance, Angie will oversee financial operations in support of Bernstein Shur’s strategic business objectives. She will also join Bernstein Shur’s Senior Leadership Team, where she will help guide the continued growth and success of the firm while ensuring continuity across the finance function.

Angie succeeds Susan Ostrow, who is departing the firm after more than six years as Director of Finance. Bernstein Shur thanks Susan for her many contributions and dedication to the firm during her tenure.
